In the American Narratives podcast, co-hosts Maryanne Piña and Joe Frodsham, interview diverse leaders from across the industry. Their authentic stories are intensely interesting – often heartfelt and inspiring – and always instructive.
In each episode, Maryanne and Joe get behind the stereotypes in which we are told to judge each other to arrive at the core of diversity – the unique experience and perspective of each person.
Leaders are the catalysts to create an inclusive environment – we need to learn from the diverse leaders that have come before, and continue their legacy in developing even more diverse, and diverse-sensitive, leaders. These American Narratives ensure we all continue to build this legacy.
